CEO, Principal
Cervera Real Estate was founded in Miami in 1969 by Veronica's mother and mentor, Alicia Cervera Sr. From its beginning, Cervera was and continues to be the creative leader in the marketing and sales of luxury residential condominiums in South Florida. Cervera Real Estate invented the exclusive marketing and sales representation of new residential condominium developments. During its 49 year history, Cervera has successfully represented over 100 South Florida condo developments exclusively and sold over 65,000 residential condominiums.
Over the last forty years, Veronica, her sister, Alicia, and their mentor, Alicia Sr., have built Cervera Real Estate into one of South Florida's most powerful full-service luxury real estate service organizations. Veronica started her career at Cervera 'in the mailroom' and worked her way through the organization to her present CEO position. Her experience in various roles and circumstances at Cervera, in strong markets and soft markets, has proved invaluable in providing the right advice at the right time to Cervera clients.
Working closely with leading developers, Veronica has sold thousands of condominium residences under all market conditions; from ultra-luxury oceanfront penthouses to high-end luxury Brickell / Downtown condominiums. Early in her career, Veronica contributed to Cervera's success, by selling out major projects like The Bristol and acquired the development site too, The Palace, Villa Regina, The Imperial, Tiffany, Atlantis, and the Portofino. Some of the extensive portfolio of properties where Veronica led Cervera's marketing and sales are the Grand Bay Towers on Key Biscayne, The Ritz Carlton Residences in Coconut Grove, Epic Residences in Downtown Miami and Grovenor House in Coconut Grove. Veronica also led Cervera's completed $ 1.1 billion sellout of the St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences where Veronica personally sold 2 residences priced in excess of $20 million each. Veronica is currently leading the marketing and sales efforts for the Elysee Miami Residences, a boutique luxury waterfront condominium in the Edgewater area. Coconut Grove's only island, Grove Isle, features its own new luxury development led by Veronica. Veronica's relationships, knowledge, and experience make her and Cervera an unequaled resource in the South Florida luxury residential condominium market.
Veronica has been an active supporter of many civic organizations, especially those organizations related to children and family traditions. She served on the board of directors of the Florida International University Foundation and on the boards of the Children's Home Society and Carrolton School for the Sacred Heart.
Veronica is married to Nickel Goeseke, a native of Germany. They have three children, Alexandra, Caroline, and Nick. Alexandra, and Nick are currently working at Cervera. Caroline is pursuing an independent marketing career. Veronica and the Cervera family contributed to the evolution of South Florida into a global, cosmopolitan metropolis and are committed to Miami reaching even greater heights in the years to come.
