Following in the footsteps of two generations of real estate professionals in her family, Paulina Inostrosa brings strong background in finance, economics, research, and market analysis to her South Florida real estate clients. She believes that successfully buying or selling a property in a competitive real estate landscape like Miami takes in-depth understanding of the ways the market moves and a talent for knowing the ‘just-right’ moment to capitalize on opportunities. “Choosing the right property is always a more positive process when you have an experienced professional on your side,” says Paulina.
“I enjoy working side by side with my clients to deliver that kind of trustworthy insight and support.”
In addition to being a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida, Paulina also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Insituto Tecnologica Autonomo de Mexico, and a certificate in Business Finance Fundamentals from New York University. She also studied various classes with the London School of Economics, worked in the private banking department of Credit Suisse, and was a business manager for three different residential projects with a development firm in Mexico, where she grew up. Paulina previously lived in New York City before moving to Miami, where she specializes in residential properties in such popular neighborhoods as Brickell, Downtown, Coconut Grove, Edgewater, and Miami Beach. “I love being able to show people the wide variety of activities that come with living in Miami or owning a home here,” explains Paulina. “It gives you all the benefits of a big metropolis, but with the festivals, design, sports, and entertainment of a vacation capital.”
Paulina and her husband also enjoy the diverse mix of cultures in Miami and the many opportunities to cycle and scuba dive all year round. She also enjoys traveling and experiencing new environments.
Paulina is fluent in both English and Spanish.
