Vice President of Development Sales
As Vice President of Development Sales for Cervera Real Estate, Paulie Hankin plays a key role in the company’s new development sales and marketing division. Hankin leverages her extensive knowledge, broad experience, and diverse professional background in carrying out her duties, which include overseeing project marketing, market research, agent training, and project launches, while also maintaining relationships with developers and agency partners.
Hankin began her real estate career in 2003. Since then, she has orchestrated domestic and international sales for multiple high-profile, mixed-use projects, amassing sales exceeding $1.5 billion over the course of her career. From 2016 through early 2024, she served as the estate sales director for downtown Miami’s only billion-dollar-plus project, the renowned Aston Martin Residences Miami. Her career is marked by accolades, including the 2011 Gold Circle Award from Fortune International Realty and multiple Sales Director Awards from Cervera Real Estate.
Before beginning her real estate journey, Hankin enjoyed a distinguished career in sales and marketing. Spanning two decades, she worked for Fortune 500 companies throughout Asia and Europe in the semiconductor and microelectronics industries, bringing a structured approach from her engineering roots to her current role.
Paulie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the AMDP Executive Program at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. She has served on the President's Council of the University of Toronto Alumni Board of Directors and authored a software review for a national science journal.
Originally from Tehran, Iran, and fluent in English and Farsi, Paulie was raised in Boston, MA, and Toronto, Canada.
