Currently serving as estate sales director for downtown Miami’s only billion dollar project, the renowned Aston Martin Residences Miami, Paulie Hankin excels as one of Miami’s most influential real estate executives. She credits much of her success to time spent mentoring with industry legend, Alica Cervera, founder of Cervera Real Estate. The company has grown into a Miami powerhouse with more than 100 exclusive representations and the longest legacy for selling pre-construction real estate in Miami. Hankin’s knowledge, breadth of experience and diverse professional background continues to contribute in large part to her ability to assess client and market needs and advise and respond accordingly.

Paulie Hankin joined the Cervera Real Estate team over 15 years ago and within her first year was promoted to one of five sales director positions. Through every venture, she draws upon two decades of experience with sales and marketing in both domestic and international business. To date, her proudest accomplishment has been her work with The Bond On Brickell. The project was one that truly allowed Hankin to see her ideas come to life—everything from the name to the brand positioning to the exciting lifestyle created for the residents was Paulie’s brainchild. Despite competition and limited infrastructure appeal, she and her team accomplished what they set out to do while completing an incredible $200 Million sell-out that far exceeded developer’s expectations.

Prior to entering real estate, Paulie began her career in the semiconductor and micro-electronics industry working for fortune 500 companies throughout Asia and Europe. She traveled extensively during this time and eventually found herself in a declining business environment after the dot com crash of 2001. She relocated to south Florida in 1998 and in 2003 discovered her passion and talent for luxury real-estate. She realized quickly that her corporate background was a great asset in her new position, as it allowed her to approach daily tasks in a more structured manner. Her roots in engineering set her apart from others in the industry and benefit clients when it comes to solving complex problems and overcoming challenges.

Paulie Hankin was born In Tehran, Iran. She spent her childhood growing up in Boston And Toronto. She holds a Bachelor Of Applied Sciences Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University Of Toronto. When she’s not working, Paulie enjoys dabbling in interior design and fashion. She loves spending time with her son, traveling, exploring and experiencing new restaurants. Paulie is fluent in both English And Farsi.
