Having been awarded Cervera Real Estate's Top Producer for Brickell and Downtown in 2010, 2011, and the first quarter of 2012, Fernando's unyielding work ethic and dedication have been essential to his success. Coming from a twenty-four-year career in the banking industry in Colombia, Fernando decided to join the real estate industry because of its quick pace, his vast interest in the industry, and he felt that his background in customer service, sales, and banking would be beneficial in his advancement in the industry. Initially, he ran his own brokerage in mortgage and real estate but then decided to make the move to Cervera in 2007. He was attracted to the company's respected reputation as being a very well-known and solid real estate company with the best success in sales and listings.

Fernando specializes in residential properties in Downtown, Brickell, Doral, and the surrounding areas. His largest single transaction was a two million dollar luxury residence at 50 Biscayne. Fluent in English and Spanish, Fernando was born and raised in Colombia, living in Cali and Bogota, with a degree in Business and Financial Specialist. He is known for his hands-on leadership and management style. He does whatever it takes to satisfy his customers to ensure that they are content throughout the whole process and especially with their purchase. He develops long-lasting relationships with his clients and they continue to work with Fernando on other investments. Fernando's love of the industry and of Miami is shown in every deal he makes.
