Carolina Volquez is a licensed realtor focusing on new construction projects all over Miami. A native of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Carolina earned her bachelor's degree in business from Universidad Iberoamericana. Moving to Miami, she obtained an interior design certificate from the University of Miami. Before real estate, Carolina owned and managed a successful gift business dedicated to corporate clients, eventually selling out the company to new owners who still operate it.

Her idea of the perfect deal is a transaction in which the client is 100% satisfied with their purchase. Her clients have expressed gratitude and praised her for her empathy and ability to prioritize finding the right solution to their needs.

"My greatest passion is to help find the best solution for my clients," says Carolina. A passion which she combines with a strong background in sales and client experience management and a sharp eye for interior design.
